MAI TV Fiji Limited... Catch live FIFA World Cup 2010
Most new television sets automatically find and tune-in available channels when an auto-search is performed. For instructions on how to perform an auto-search, see below. Please note that if you do not have a UHF antenna, you may have snowy picture quality.
Follow a simple 1-2-3 steps to tune you TV set:-
1 - On your TV remote press “Tune” or “Auto-Tune”
2 - Scan the TV frequencies until you see one of our great programs or the MAI TV logo.
3 - Save the programming to your desired channel.
HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU ARE WATCHING MAI TV?
If the channel you are watching has our MAI TV 6 logo on the top right-hand-side of your TV screen, or AL JAZEERA programs, you can be assured you are watching our quality programming! Welcome to the family!
How to easily solve the issue of snowy picture quality?
To solve this issue, you simply need to purchase a UHF Antenna. Antennas may be purchased from Dick Smith Electionics, Sharmas Music or any other electronic outlet. Antennas are available in different size and price ranges.
Which antenna is best for you?
The size of antenna right for you will depend on your location. For example, if you reside in Suva a 43 element antenna will suit you best. MAI TV’s transmitter site is located on Nakabalevu Mountain in Colo-i-suva. Theoretically the further you are from the transmitter site the higher range antenna will be required.
Installing an antenna is fairly simple. All antennas come with an installation guide, however to insure the highest picture quality, we recommend that you have a MAI TV Installation tech personally install your antenna. Simply call our office to schedule a visit.
